By-Laws
Submitted, voted upon, and accepted by membership. October 10, 2009.
- Membership — reserved for owners of Travel Trailers manufactured by the Hi-Lo company.
- Dues — $10.00 per trailer per year due between Oct. 1 and January 1. Persons with ties to the club may request newsletter status only for $5.00.
- Campouts — will be held the third full weekend May through Sept. and the second full weekend in October.
- Officers — President, Vice President, Secretary, Wagonmaster and Ass't Wagonmaster.
- Elections will take place at September campout with absent members contacted and results announced at October campout meeting.
- Elected each year will be Vice President, Secretary, Ass't Wagonmaster. Current Vice President & current Ass't Wagonmaster will move to President and Wagonmaster respectively.
- Those elected will assume office in January of the following year.
- The treasurer will be appointed by the president.
- In September, the President and Vice President will compile a list of members eligible to host. At the October meeting, the names will be drawn for the following year.
